Director T. Brown commands our administrative operations at headquarters with the rank of Lieutenant. 

 

As a native of Jacksonville, Director transitioned from the medical field to public safety after 29 years.

 

Director Brown completed her regulated courses and is a D (Unarmed) & G (Armed) certified practitioner. Overseeing our Administrative Services Division, Director commands human resources, emergency communications, quartermaster & recruitment.
