Assistant Chief Cedrick Pierce, Vice President of Facilities & Operations
As co-owner, Assistant Chief Cedrick Pierce has served as office manager, officer, lieutenant, major and ultimately Vice President of Facilities & Operations. Chief Pierce is a graduate of Everest University with an Associate's in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Chief Pierce’s Office further oversees support operations which includes, client contracts, vehicle and facility maintenance, accounting and administrative services, “Ensuring it’s running like a smooth oiled machine”. Operations further consists of payroll, human resources, recruitment and Florida Division of Licensing requirements.
Operations oversees our administrative services office which oversees staff records, quartermaster, employee identification cards and our communications division.
