ALL complaints are taken extremely serious and shall NOT be falsified. All complainants MUST complete complaint form. Investigations are completed by the Field Command (Captain. K. Jackson) and are thoroughly investigated. Investigations may take up to 10 business days to complete. Upon completion/ conclusion of your complaint, you shall be issued a resolution in the following;

• Substantiated

• Unsubstantiated

• No evidence/ Not proven-Dismissed

• Discipline: Verbal Reprimand

• Discipline: Written Reprimand

• Discipline: Suspended

• Discipline: Terminated

    Extreme violations will be reported to FDACS.
