BlueStar Public Safety Monitoring Service is a subsidiary organization of Protective Enterprises Public Safety, a Jacksonville, Florida Based Public Safety Firm, maintaining ELEVEN (11) consoles, 24 hours per day, emergency dispatch center to ensure field practitioners NATIONWIDE (Special Police, Fugitive Agents & Public Safety/ Security Officers) have an emergency lifeline while performing in the field.

Established in 2015 and becoming a standalone dispatch organization in 2019, BlueStar is owned by a former two-time Chief of Police in both Georgia & Florida and is directed with experience by a director/ administrative lieutenant, an armed practitioner.
Our communications operators are certified safety officers, who undergo extensive communications training, call taking protocols, logging, CCTV monitoring via remote IP address access and further monitor client sites through a shared computer aided dispatch over our Motorola Wave Platform.

Communications operators conduct vehicle record checks, validation of warrants and wanted inquires, provide critical information without delay, coordinate dispatch services, maintains our computer aided dispatch data entries and maintains a complex operations center during emergency situations. Communications officers are capable of tracking (GPS) field officers via emergency radio/ device.

Communications operators have access to emergency services and can provide minute to minute information to officers in the field via two-way communication and mobile applications.

The Communications Center maintains our state of the art incident reporting system with access granted to our field officers and command to utilize on both mobile and vehicle patrols on client properties. Clients shall receive reports of incidents, parking, arrest, maintenance and activity. Our database maintains active trespass warnings, community rule violations and towing infractions.

PRICING & PRODUCTS

Lease to own on a TWO year agreement $75.00 (Discounted) per user month (EASY APPROVAL AGREEMENTS), which include;

-Dispatch Services Unlimited Data Entry/ logging/ monitoring for ALL radio traffic and 30 days radio transmission storage during communication to BlueStar via digital radio. Note: We hold a $250.00 equipment deposit on ALL lease to own radios. $250.00 equipment deposit shall be returned at completion of lease.

-Lifetime warranty (If damaged, you are responsible, if not we can replace it at a $25.00 cost per replacement) with quick turnaround (2-5 business days).

The Breakdown
-Motorola Radio- $50.00 per month with airtime on platform, per device (Must purchase dispatch services).
-Dispatch services $10.00 per month, per device (Unlimited LIVE dispatch)
-MDT (Mobile Data Terminal) with electronic communication to LIVE dispatcher via computer terminal/ credentials with incident reporting system (Reports, parking violations, field interviews reports and archive library) included for an additional $10.00 per month.
-Lease Monitoring Fee $5.00

EVERYTHING INCLUDED IS $96.75 PER MONTH including service tax
*Early payoff of device option* (Warranty ends with this option).

Programming Diagnostic and programming device fee $25.00 per device (One time fee).

Additional Option, Cellular phone application $15.00 per month, per user with 90 day contract. Dispatch and CAD is required and is an additional cost with this plan.

ALL plans are secured through a signed contract for 90 days (Cell phone app) or 2 years for TLK 100. Customers have right to purchase radio outright for $400.00 per device but upon purchase, warranty is not supported. Product owner/ subscriber has option to activate/ deactivate radio at any time, provided they are considered a month to month customer. All products & coverage are taxed 6% sales tax and Duval County 1.5% service tax.
